This 60-minute gentle practice is designed to help release tension, balance the nervous system, deeply relax the body, and calm the mind. Participants will first explore active yoga movement to prepare the body for restoration. Restorative yoga will be offered for the remainder of the session. Pillows, blankets, and other props are used for support. This practice will be held on Zoom and is accessible for all levels. A replay will be available if you cannot attend the live event.
