Join Rachel for her signature Find Your Free™ flow. This 60-minute moderately active yoga session empowers and encourages you to live your most authentic life. Roll out your mat and explore the healing art of yoga from the comfort of your home. This is a great opportunity to begin or deepen your practice. Modifications will be offered to make the practice accessible to all levels. Props to support your practice can include blankets and yoga blocks. This class will be held on Zoom.
